4) Orders and availability

  • Submitting the order through the Site constitutes a contractual offer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

  • Product availability is indicated on the Site but cannot be guaranteed with absolute certainty until shipment confirmation.

5) Prices and payments

  • Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Shipping costs and any additional charges are clearly indicated before completing the order.

  • Payments can be made through the methods available on the Site (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Google Pay).

  • The order will be processed only after successful payment.

6) Shipping and deliveries

  • Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer.

  • Shipping times and costs are indicated during the purchase process.

  • Any delays not attributable to the seller (strikes, courier unforeseen events, force majeure) do not entitle compensation.

7) Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery, according to the procedures indicated in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

8) Legal warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity of 24 months for consumers (arts. 128–135 Consumer Code).
In case of a defective or non-compliant product, you have the right to repair/replacement at no cost, or a refund according to the cases provided by law.

9) Use of the site and contents

  • The Site and its contents are provided “as is”.

  • While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that the content is free of errors, interruptions or viruses.

  • Use of the information is at your own risk and responsibility.

  • Liabilities that cannot be excluded by law remain excluded (e.g. damages from willful misconduct or gross negligence, violations of mandatory obligations protecting the consumer).

We are not responsible for content, privacy practices or security of third-party sites.

14) Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer (if located in Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
