1) Right of withdrawal (online purchases)

Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason.

  • The 14-day period starts from the day you (or a third party designated by you) acquire physical possession of the products.

  • To exercise the withdrawal, it is sufficient to send an explicit statement (also by email) within the deadline.

2) Conditions of products to be returned

To be accepted, the product must be:

  • intact, unused beyond normal testing (“as in store”) and without signs of wear;

  • with original packaging, complete labels, accessories, and documentation;

  • correctly packed for return.

If the value of the item is reduced due to unnecessary handling to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a proportional refund reduction may be applied.

3) How to make a return (procedure)

  1. Send the request: from your account in the “Order Status” section or write to customer@exton.it indicating order number, item(s) and reason for return.

  2. Wait for authorization and instructions: you will receive the address and packaging instructions (label to stick on your package and shipping method at a pickup point near your residence).

  3. Wait for the package to return to the warehouse: once the package has returned to the warehouse, it will be inspected to verify the condition of the contents. If the result is positive, you will receive the amount due to you using the original payment method used at the time of purchase

4) Refund times and methods

  • Once we have received and examined the return, we will send you confirmation.

  • The refund will be made within 14 days of your withdrawal notification; we may withhold it until receipt of the products or presentation of the proof of shipment.

  • You will receive the refund on the same payment method used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

  • If you paid delivery charges at the time of order, we will refund the standard delivery costs (any surcharges for fast/extra shipping remain excluded).

5) Defective, incorrect or damaged products

If the product is defective, non-compliant or you received a wrong item, contact us immediately:

We will provide you with a cost-free solution: repair, replacement or refund according to the legal warranty of conformity (valid 24 months for consumers).
For transport damage, we ask you — when possible — to report it within 48 hours of delivery, so that a claim can be opened with the courier.

In case of defect/wrong delivery, the return costs are at our expense and we will send you the related instructions/label.

6) Exceptions and exclusions from withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply (among other cases provided by law) to:

  • customized or made-to-measure goods;

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, opened after delivery;

  • digital content provided on a non-material medium once execution has started with your express consent;

  • goods that risk deteriorating or expiring quickly.

7) Size changes or replacements

If you want a replacement (e.g. number change), check availability with our customer service. Alternatively, you can proceed with the return and place a new order.
